Spoonora FAQs ♡
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed successfully, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder first. Feel free to message us if you still cannot locate your order receipt! We are always here to help ♡
When will my order ship?
If you did not purchase the packing video add-on, your order will usually ship within 5–12 business days.
If you added the packing video service, your order will usually ship within 10–25 business days.
How long does international shipping take?
With smooth customs clearance, most packages arrive in 7–15 days, and many arrive around the 10-day mark.
Delivery is faster for easily accessible regions, while remote areas may take longer.
Why did my payment fail?
Most payment issues work better on the Chrome browser. Checking out directly with PayPal is the smoothest option.
If you pay by credit or debit card, some card types may not be fully compatible with PayPal, our payment processor. Trying an alternate card often fixes the problem. Please protect your personal financial details and reach out if you run into trouble!
